Closed Loop
Process Chillers
Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers — chilled-water supply for fusing presses, hydraulics, injection-moulding, brewing and process lines that need a stable inlet temperature.
Cooling · Process Equipment
Process cooling, chillers, cooling towers and heat-rejection equipment for industrial settings — keep critical machinery in spec, keep operators productive, and stop the summer heatwave from costing a shift's output.
Cooling, not just ventilation
For most garment-factory floors, evaporative coolers and exhaust fans handle operator comfort. But once you're running heat-generating processes — fusing presses, compressors, hydraulic packs, plastic and rubber lines, server rooms — air movement alone won't pull the heat out. That's where process cooling comes in: closed-loop chilled water, refrigerant cooling, or a tower-and-pump combination that keeps the machine within its specified inlet temperature, year-round, regardless of ambient.
Equipment Types
We size each install to the heat load — not a brochure number. Tell us the process, the kW load and the ambient floor temperature, and we'll spec the kit.
Closed Loop
Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers — chilled-water supply for fusing presses, hydraulics, injection-moulding, brewing and process lines that need a stable inlet temperature.
Heat Rejection
FRP and timber-frame cooling towers for plants that already run condenser water — sized to the heat-rejection duty of the chiller plant.
Spot Cooling
Packaged industrial AC for control rooms, QC labs, server rooms and other spaces that need temperature plus dehumidification, not just air movement.
Heat Exchangers
Process-to-utility heat transfer — keep cooling water in a clean loop, isolate process fluid and recover heat where economics allow.
Pumping & Piping
The plumbing that ties the chiller to the equipment — pump skids, balanced headers, insulated piping, instrumentation. Often the difference between a system that hits spec and one that doesn't.
Controls & AMC
PLC controls, alarm logging, AMC contracts. Cooling machinery is only as reliable as its service history — we keep the schedule.
Where it earns its keep
Heat-press and fusing units that need a chilled platen or jacket water supply.
Mould cooling on injection-moulding machines — cycle time depends on it.
Aftercooler and oil cooling for industrial air compressors.
QC labs, calibration rooms, electronics enclosures — temperature-stable spaces.
