What Siliconi does
A silicone film on the thread, before the needle eye.
High-speed industrial sewing builds heat at the needle. Synthetic thread softens, gets sticky, frays — and you start seeing skipped stitches, broken threads and inconsistent stitch length. Siliconi is the silicone-based lubricant that drips onto the thread upstream of the needle eye (or topically onto moving parts), laying down a film that cuts friction, sheds heat and keeps the stitch consistent shift after shift. The same chemistry is used to wipe down moving parts on the head — guides, tension assemblies, take-up levers — to keep them running smooth.
